You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share FrankenStack™ materials publicly

  • Include our prompts, guides, or SOPs in your own training or client-facing materials

  • Train others using Blackfin content unless otherwise licensed

Blackfin operates as a Limited Liability Company. All agreements, purchases, and engagements are with Blackfin Consulting LLC, not Pablo Vargas personally. By purchasing FrankenStack™ or engaging our services, you acknowledge this business structure and waive any claims against Pablo Vargas in a personal capacity.

Governing Law
This disclaimer—and all legal matters relating to Blackfin Consulting LLC—is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bucks County, PA.
